Pijok Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the pijok platform and its users. "pijok", "we", and "us" refer to the company that operates pijok.xyz. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on pijok.

"Platform" refers to pijok's website, mobile app, and all related services. "Games" refers to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other betting products. "Funds" refers to the real-money balance in your pijok account; bonus balances are treated separately.

These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of pijok after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2Account Registration & Usage Rules

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on pijok. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Accounts created using false information may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If pijok determines that a person is operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be voided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Your account may not be rented, sold, or transferred to another person. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify pijok support immediately.

• KYC (identity verification) should be completed after opening your account, particularly before your first withdrawal.
• For KYC, you will need to submit a National ID or passport along with a selfie.
• Withdrawal limits may apply if KYC has not been completed.
• Name, date of birth, and ID details must all match.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on pijok can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. The minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile banking and ৳1,000 for bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made using someone else's bKash or Nagad number may be declined, and account verification may be required.

Pijok does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile banking operator may apply their own charges. Standard market rates will apply for currency conversion.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

A completed KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests for standard members are typically processed within 30 minutes to 6 hours. VIP members receive faster processing.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit or to a method registered under your KYC. This policy is enforced to prevent money laundering.

For large withdrawals, pijok may take additional time for verification. If fraud or a breach of rules is suspected, the withdrawal will be placed on hold pending investigation, and the user will be notified.

• Wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time (excluding bonuses).
• If multiple withdrawals are pending, they will be processed in sequential order.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pijok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the bonus page. As a general rule, most bonuses require 30x wagering, though this may vary by promotion.

"Wagering" means the bonus amount must be placed as bets a set number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ৳30,000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering contribution is not equal across all games — some games count at 100%, others count less.

Each bonus must be used solely for its designated promotion. If multiple bonuses are active on an account simultaneously, the oldest bonus will be applied first. Transferring or selling bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6Betting Rules & Settlement

Odds in Sports Betting are updated in line with live market movements. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in — any subsequent market changes will not affect your bet. Bets generally cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time: If the event is cancelled before it begins, your full bet will be refunded. If the event is abandoned mid-way and a result cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the full amount returned. If a result is determined via the Duckworth-Lewis method or another official method, bets will be settled according to that result.

In an accumulator bet, if one leg is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining legs. In live betting, pijok reserves the right to void any bet that results from an error caused by a data feed delay.

• In cricket, specific bet settlement rules apply if the designated number of overs is not completed.
• In the event of a tie or draw, the relevant market rules will apply.
• In the event of a dispute over results, data from official sources will be considered final.

7Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pijok and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, placing opposing bets to extract bonus funds risk-free.
• Using software bots, automated betting systems, or hacking tools.
• Placing bets in a third party's name or using funds that belong to someone else.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources onto the platform.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Making false complaints or threatening pijok staff.

If any suspicious activity is detected, pijok reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. If misconduct is confirmed, all associated funds and betting privileges may be forfeited.

8Account Closure & Deactivation

You may close your pijok account at any time by choice. Contact support or submit a deactivation request from your profile settings. Your account will be closed once any remaining balance has been withdrawn.

Pijok may close or temporarily suspend an account for the following reasons: violation of Terms & Conditions, involvement in prohibited activities, registration with false information, misrepresentation of age, prolonged account inactivity, or legal reasons.

Inactive Accounts: An account with no activity for 12 months will be marked as "inactive." A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts; however, no fee will be charged if the balance is zero.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Pijok treats your personal information with the utmost care. Details provided at registration are used solely for account management, payment verification, and legal purposes. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

All data transfers are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment information is stored separately and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Server data is regularly backed up in encrypted form.

You may request a copy of your personal data, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time — upon account closure. Certain data may need to be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations.

10Responsible Gaming Policy
